Upgrading Technology
New Headquarters
for National Foundation: Schall & Russo has
worked closely with the leadership, staff and Board
of The Ms. Foundation for Women (MFW) to move its national
headquarters from lower Manhattan to Brooklyn. To improve
the Foundation's technological efficiency, Schall &
Russo helped MFW institute electronic document management,
wireless access, and improved staff mobile access. This
technology upgrade solution was part of Schall &
Russo’s larger leadership role:
- facilitated and managed an analysis of MFW’s
organizational and space needs;
- coordinated a dialogue with the realtor, in regard
to location and cost;
- reviewed and advised, on information supplied by
the realtor, in regard to space options and financial
impact;
- provided project management during the design,
signage, build-out, furniture and move-in phase for
a 14,500 SF space.
