Merging Two Corporate Cultures

Schall & Russo provided space and growth planning for the recent merger of a national engineering firm, comprised of five offices, with a major world-wide multi-disciplinary engineering firm. Schall & Russo helped the two organizations (HPA and Halcrow) develop prototype open workspaces and an overall space program, joining two very different work cultures while meeting financial constraints for a significant increase in staff over 5 years. Conducted analysis of “stay or move” scenarios and coordination with realtors in assessing and reviewing alternative space for approximately 40,000 sq. ft.
